Welcome to Center for Environment Law and Community Rights (CELCOR) Inc website. We are Non-Government Organization (NGO) in Papua New Guinea. Our head office is based in Port Moresby. We make outreach around Papua New Guinea communities to educate them on on the appropriate ways to treat our Natural Environment and its effects if we mismanage it.
